CD – Diana Krall –- From This Moment On

She always has fun songs that you are able to sing along with. She has fast songs, slow songs, and both I know that most people will love.
The jazzy music always livens me up and it is perfect for a nice evening party or something of the sort. I also enjoy listening to her while just doing some chores because it really does help if you’re not a huge fan of cleaning. =)
If you haven’t listened to her before I am suggesting her because I think that you will like her music a lot.
She has many albums; The Look of Love, All for You, Live in Paris, The Girl in the Other Room, Love Scenes, When I Look in Your Eyes, Temptation/I’ll Never Be the Same, Steppin’ Out, From This Moment On. My favorite is From This Moment On, but you may start with whatever album you would like.

Movie – Miss Potter starring Renee Zellweger

It’s a wonderful movie that is about Beatrix Potter who wrote children’s books like The Tale of Peter Rabbit. It shows her interest in writing children’s books from a young age, and it also shows how hard it was back in the late 1800’s to the early 1900’s for a woman to get a book published or to even be involved in that sort of business at all. But she succeeded and was able to write little tales that children love to this day. I know that you will enjoy this fun film lots and lots.
